Perth Strathtay athlete Lois Garland continued her stunning start to the outdoor season with a new personal best run of 11.77 seconds at the BFTTA outdoor series in London.

Lois is aiming for this years Commonwealth games and has been supported by the club to aid this target. This new best time lifts Lois to 27th in the Scotland all time 100m rankings.
