Last night saw the 109 runners take to Perth Strathtay Harriers annual Kinnoull Hill race. Just under 7km of challenging hills and beautiful scenery put them through their paces and thankfully the weather held out.

In the ladies race Hanna McInally (Strathearn Harriers) came home in 33:07 to win the Joe Cameron memorial trophy. This is the fastest winning time since 2019. 2nd place went to last years defending champion, Eilidh Hearn (Perth Strathtay Harriers) and 3rd Fiona MacDonald (Strathearn Harriers).

The men’s race was also a a pacey affair with Ross Allan (Perth Strathtay Harriers) holding off Jonathon Marks (Strathearn Harriers) by just 2 seconds. His winning time of 27:28 another fast time for the course. In 3rd place Kaeden Thomas (Ross County Athletics Club).

Other prize winners on the night were Graeme Warren (Strathearn Harriers), Mo Douglas (Ochil Hill Runners), Andrew Davis (Ochil Hill Runners) and Diane White (Perth Road Runners).

Other PSH runners on the course were Alistair Hilton (12th overall) and Gregg Parsons (15th overall).
