Perth Strathtay Harriers had a great day in the East Fife Sprint Triathlon yesterday in Cupar.

In the Tristar 2 race, Lewis Ridgway was a strong finisher and in the Tristar 3 race, Callum Cassie took 18th place.

In the open sprint race – Dave Cassie came home in 44th place overall but that was enough for the bronze medal in the V40 age group. Great result Dave well done.

Also a big shout to our friends at Perth Triathlon club who had a number of entrants and medal winners too. Well done
