The Perth Strathtay Harriers Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called to take place this Wednesday (17th of September) at St Marks Church Hall, Letham,  7.30-9pm.

All members have been contacted via email with details already. As a reminder, the club has a new constitution in place which has new rules on voting and memberships. This will make it easier to decisions to be made on club business. To vote you must be an up to date member of the club and any member under the age of 16 will have a proxy vote via a parent or guardian.

The proposed Agenda for the AGM will be:

• Presidents Report
• Introduction of the clubs new Mission, Purpose and Values.
• Treasures Report
• Club Recognitions
• Club Nightly Fees and Memberships
• Election of Office Bearers and Committee
