The Perth Strathtay Harriers Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been called to take place on Wednesday 17th of September at St Marks Church Hall, Letham,  7.30-9pm.

This is not to be confused with the Special General Meeting (SGM), taking place on Tuesday the 2nd of September.

The SGM will be for 2 votes on club constitution and memberships, only.

The proposed Agenda for the AGM will be:

• Welcome
• Presidents Report
• Introduction of the clubs new Mission, Purpose and Values.
• Treasures Report
• Secretary Report
• Club Recognitions
• Club Nightly Fees and Memberships
• Election of Office Bearers and Committee

Any voting on the night will adhere to the guidance outlined in the club constitution. The current constitution is available on the website but this may change, dependant on the outcome of the votes at the SGM. Further update will be given on this post the SGM.
