Yesterday saw the first of the Scottish Athletics Throws Grand Prix matches at Grangemouth and the Perth Strathtay throws group were out in force.
In Javelin 1 Jack Moncur continued his start to the season with a 47.83m to win the men’s group while Lauryn Wood threw 28.32m for 3rd place in the ladies group.
In Javelin 2 Kezi Swift continued her strong start to the season with 17.22m – her 2nd furthest lifetime throw.
In discus 2 Hollie Walker threw 15.99m, Tori Swift 13.37m (PB) and Maggie Sinclair 13.34m (PB) with their respective discus weights. Tori and Maggie were making their Perth Strathtay debuts, well done both.
